Welcome and Hello!
My name is Lisa Manchee. I design effective programs for all fitness
levels and teach clients how to lead happy and healthy lives. By combining integrative training with plant based nutrition, my clients see lasting results!
Prior to understanding the benefits of training, I was extremely sedentary, overweight, and unhappy with my habit choices. Over the past ten years, I have learned the methods that lead to attainable and sustainable health and wellness. I truly have a fire for fitness and am committed to educating others on fitness, exercise, and nutrition.
